1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup protein powder of your choice
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 whole orange, chopped fine
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
1/4 cup maple sugar and salt mixed together (save for topping) before baking.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together. It should be thick and a bit goopy. If you need to, you can add more egg whites or orange juice to get a good consistency.
Put large dollops on parchment paper,
no need to grease sheet.
Then take the salt and sugar and sprinkle on tops before baking.
Oven to 350 bake for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
