This was a fun experiment that paid off! The orange flavor of Cointreau makes a lovely dance partner for the hot chocolate, and the tequila makes it all sing.

Cointreau & Silver Patron Tequila

1 cup milk
2.5 ounces chopped dark chocolate (the darker the better)
1.5 ounce Tequila
Half an ounce Cointreau

Heat milk in a pan until hot (but not boiling).

Stir dark chocolate into pan until completely dissolved.

Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Pour into a large mug, then add tequila and Cointreau. Mix and enjoy!
