Secret to Staying Slim
Could staying slim be as simple as a change of thoughts?

Helping you become the ageless beauty you were born to be.
I can tell you that super model Giselle Bundchen uses this principle.
Read on and see what you think.
I just read a great book called E Squared by Pam Grout. In the book there are 9 experiments that you can do that will show you the Law of Attraction is alive and working for you.
The Law of Attraction states that whatever you focus on expands.
So if you focus on “I don’t have enough money” the LOA keeps delivering situations to make sure that you don’t have enough money.
The same goes for your body. Have you ever caught yourself thinking:
- I need to lose weight
- I have a slow metabolism
- I just look at a piece of chocolate cake and gain weight
This is when you have to stop and think…are these thoughts keeping me from being the slender person I want to be?
Years ago I realized that the more I thought about losing weight the harder it was to lose weight. In fact the minute I started on a diet, I craved the very foods I was supposed to avoid.
That would lead to thoughts of why do I always have a hard time losing weight and an even harder time keeping it off. The whole weight thing consumed my thoughts for many years. It was about that same 5 – 10 pounds over and over.
Until one day, I said enough is enough, I will not spend my life focused on my weight, instead I started focusing on how I feel.
I quickly realized that if I could focus most of the time on the fact that I feel good, then I would subconsciously not do anything that would make me not feel good. I.E. eat too much junk food, over eat etc.
In the book E Squared Pam has a chapter called The Jenny Craig Principle. She presents experiments that prove that human emotions create a very real energetic field that effects the food we eat and how it is metabolized in our body. There is even an experiment former CIA agent Cleve Backster did in the 1960s that proves that plants perceive human intentions.
(Keep in mind nearly all the food we eat comes from plants, and even the animals we eat get their energy from plants.)
In The Jenny Craig experiment you weigh yourself in the morning, then for the next 3 days you:
- Refrain from saying or thinking anything negative about your body. No thoughts on I need to lose weight or I am fat, or I am unattractive.
- Give up your grudge, your guilt about the food you eat. Think of every single morsel you put in your mouth as your best friend, bless it, feel grateful that the food is totally nourishing your body.
On the morning of the 4th day weigh yourself again. You will have lost at least 1 lb.
Keep in mind it can be very hard to change our thoughts when it comes to our bodies and our food. You may have to start the experiment over a couple of times, but that’s ok because most importantly you are working on creating better habits of thought that will serve you the rest of your life.
It has certainly worked for Giselle Bunchen .
I read an interview where she talked about how every single time she eats she says a prayer of thanksgiving. On the rare occasion she eats meat she gives thanks for the animal that gave its life. I was really moved by this revelation. Giselle is utilizing the LOA to her advantage whether she realizes it or not.
If you want to learn more about how to utilize the Law of Attraction in all areas of your life I highly recommend Pam Grout’s book E squared. You can download it on Kindle for $1.99
This is a book I will be reading over and over.
