Gluten-free banana bread recipe made with almond meal/flour
2 cups of almond flour
1 quarter cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 cup of walnuts chopped or you can leave out the nuts.
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons honey
2 bananas
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
mix wet ingredients in the other bowl
combine together mix
spray pie pan with coconut oil or butter
pour mixture in pie plate
bake for 45 minutes on 350 or untill golden .
